How we handle your data.

Nova Aurisia Ltd, in Mauritius, is responsible for the personal data this site collects. It collects very little: what you send us through the contact form or by email, and the technical data any website needs to be delivered safely.

Point by point.

  1. Who is responsible

Nova Aurisia Ltd, a company in Mauritius, is the controller of your personal data under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations. Write to contact@novaaurisia.com about anything on this page.

  2. What the contact form collects

Your name, your email address, your company if you give it, the topic you pick, your message and your preferred language. We use them only to reply to you, including to arrange the call you asked for. The form doesn’t sign you up to anything.

  3. Who receives it

Web3Forms, our form provider, receives what you send and emails it to us. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Each handles the data only to provide its service to us. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

  4. What the site records

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shows no advertising. Like any website, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

  5. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry and our replies for up to two years after our last exchange, then delete them. If we go on to work together, we keep what the contract and the law require, for as long as they require it.

  6. Where it is processed

Our providers may process data outside Mauritius, including in the European Union and the United States. We use only providers that commit, in their terms, to protecting it.

  7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it. Write to contact@novaaurisia.com and we’ll reply within a month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

  8. Security

The form sends what you write over an encrypted connection, and access to our email is limited to the people who reply to you.

  9. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
